ComfortDelGro: C52 The transport operator on Tuesday (Dec 14) said it will acquire UK public transport provider Stagecoach Group's 35 per cent stake in Scottish Citylink Coaches, in a deal worth £8.75 million (S$15.8 million). Post-acquisition, Scottish Citylink will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ComfortDelGro, and ComfortDelGro will become the second largest intercity coach operator in the UK. Shares of ComfortDelGro ended Tuesday at S$1.38, down S$0.01 or 0.7 per cent, before the announcement.
Sembcorp Industries: U96 Its wholly-owned subsidiary Sembcorp Energy UK intends to construct Europe's largest energy storage system - a 360 MW battery - at its Wilton International industrial site, Sembcorp said on Tuesday (Dec 14). Shares of Sembcorp ended Tuesday flat at S$1.96, before the announcement.
Hatten Land: PH0 The Malaysian property developer on Wednesday said it will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Dec 30 to seek shareholder approval to diversify its business to include renewable energy, physical-digital malls, cryptocurrency mining and the metaverse. Shares of Catalist-listed Hatten Land closed 4.6 per cent or S$0.002 higher at S$0.046 on Tuesday.
Olam International: O32 The agri-business company on Tuesday said it will seek shareholders' approval for the proposed carving out and subsequent listing of its food ingredients arm Olam Food Ingredients by way of a scheme of arrangement. Olam plans to reorganise its business portfolio into 3 operating groups for the listing to take place. Shares of Olam ended Tuesday at S$1.72, down S$0.03 or 1.7 per cent, before the announcement.
Keppel Corp: BN4 The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau has extended the deadline for Keppel Offshore & Marine to pay the balance sum of US$52.7 million under its conditional warning by 6 months to Jun 22, 2022, Keppel Corp said on Tuesday. Separately, its property arm Keppel Land said it has set a net-zero carbon commitment, with an aim to reach this by 2030. Shares of Keppel ended Tuesday flat at S$5.18, before the announcements.

Hyphens Pharma: 1J5 The Catalist-listed pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company on Tuesday said it has inked an exclusive licensing deal to commercialise an antibody biosimilar drug in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, in order to expand the dermatology product offerings for Asia. Shares of Hyphens Pharma ended Tuesday at S$0.30, up S$0.005 or 1.7 per cent, after the announcement.
CapitaLand Investment: 9CI Real estate developer CapitaLand Development - the development arm of CapitaLand Group - will acquire a prime site in Binh Duong New City, Vietnam for a projected total gross development value of about S$1.1 billion, it said on Tuesday. Shares of CapitaLand Investment closed up S$0.05 or 1.5 per cent at S$3.45, after the announcement.
