    THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Tuesday (Dec 14):

    Keppel Corporation: BN4 A consortium of Keppel Corporation, Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund LP (KAIF) and a co-investor of KAIF, through Cloud Alpha, is acquiring a 51 per cent equity interest in Cleantech Renewable Assets for up to US$150 million, the company said on Monday. Shares of Keppel ended Monday (Dec 13) at S$5.18, down S$0.06 or 1.2 per cent, before the announcement.

    QT Vascular: 5I0 The Catalist-listed medtech company said its directors will not be attending an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Wednesday (Dec 15) where failed would-be directors at an earlier EGM on Dec 6 are seeking a fresh bid for board seats. This comes as the incumbents will be applying to the High Court for guidance on whether the call to take a second vote is valid given that the same resolutions were already voted upon and rejected, QT Vascular said in a bourse filing on Monday night. Shares of the counter ended flat on Monday at S$0.007.

    Raffles Medical Group: BSL The group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Raffles Hospital, has partnered South Korea's Myongji hospital to create a "travel medicine pass". Travellers between Singapore and South Korea can sign up for the pass to gain access to a suite of medical services, Raffles Medical said on Monday. Shares of the company ended Monday at S$1.31, down S$0.02 or 1.5 per cent, before the announcement.

    City Developments Limited: C09 The property giant's shares hit a 3-week high on Monday, after they announced plans to divest Millenium Hilton Seoul. The counter reached a high of S$7.18 on Monday morning when the market opened, jumping 2.7 per cent or S$0.19. The last time the counter traded at this level was on Nov 22. Shares of CDL ended Monday up S$0.05 or 0.7 per cent at S$7.04.
