THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Apr 14):
BN4 : Keppel FELS, a subsidiary of Keppel Corp's offshore and marine arm, will be terminating its rig contracts with Clearwater Capital Partners and Fecon International Corp as both clients have failed to take delivery of the orders and pay the outstanding instalments. The conglomerate said in a bourse filing late on Wednesday that it is expected not to be finally impacted by the termination of these contracts. Keppel Corp's shares closed 1.1 per cent or S$0.07 higher to S$6.62 on Wednesday.
U96 : The energy and urban development company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday that its financial services arm has issued S$300 million worth of sustainability-linked notes at 3.735 per cent due in 2029. The notes are guaranteed by Sembcorp Industries. Its share price dropped 0.4 per cent, or S$0.01 to S$2.85 on Wednesday.
