    THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday:

    Lendlease Global Commercial Reit JYEU: The real estate investment trust (Reit) on Tuesday posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.34 Singapore cents for the half year ended June 30, up 32.8 per cent from 1.76 cents a year ago on the back of recovery in retail activity. Units of Lendlease Global Reit closed at 86.5 Singapore cents on Friday, down 0.5 cent or 0.6 per cent.

    Sembcorp Industries U96: The second-half performance of Sembcorp Industries may not be as rosy as its first half, as there will be scheduled shutdowns of its plants for maintenance, as well as other factors at play, said group chief executive Wong Kim Yin at an earnings call on Friday. Shares of Sembcorp Industries closed three cents or 1.5 per cent lower at S$2 on Friday, before the announcement.

    City Developments C09: The property group expects to post a net loss of up to S$35 million for the half year ended June, reversing its year-ago profit of S$3.1 million, the company said in a profit guidance on Friday. Shares of City Developments closed flat at S$6.76 on Friday, before the announcement.

    A-Sonic Aerospace BTJ: The mainboard-listed company said on Monday that it has received a notice from the collective sale committee of International Plaza, noting that the indicative independent third-party market valuation of its office units was S$6.6 million, above the carrying value in its accounts of around S$1.4 million, as at June 30. A-Sonic shares closed at 58.5 Singapore cents on Friday, up one cent or 1.7 per cent.

    Dasin Retail Trust CEDU: The retail property trust reported on Monday a 55.2 per cent increase in DPU to 2.98 Singapore cents for its first half ended June 30, from 1.92 cents a year ago. Units of Dasin Retail Trust closed unchanged at 49 Singapore cents on Friday.

    GK Goh HoldingsG41: The mainboard-listed investment firm has proposed to sell its entire 92 per cent stake in corporate-services provider Boardroom to a Temasek-related consortium for around S$312 million, it said in a bourse filing on Friday night. Shares of GK Goh Holdings last closed at 97.5 Singapore cents on Thursday before the company called for a trading halt on Friday.

    Clearbridge Health 1H3: The Catalist-listed company said on Monday that its subsidiary has entered into a contract to purchase the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine directly from its manufacturer, and granted approval under the Health Sciences Authority's special access route scheme to import and supply the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine in Singapore. Clearbridge shares closed at 13.3 Singapore cents on Friday, up 0.1 cent or 0.8 per cent.

    StarHub CC3: Its cybersecurity team has discovered a file with the personal data of 57,191 customers illegally uploaded on a third-party data dump website, the telco disclosed on Friday evening. Shares of StarHub closed at S$1.25 on Friday, up S$0.01 or 0.8 per cent.

    IReit Global UD1U: The Europe-focused Reit on Friday posted a 14.4 per cent rise in DPU to 1.43 euro cents for H1 ended June, on the back of its increased footprint in Spain. Units of IReit Global closed at 64.5 Singapore cents on Friday, up 0.5 cent or 0.8 per cent, before the results release.

    EC World Reit BWCU: The Reit, which specialises in Chinese logistics properties, on Friday posted a DPU of 1.532 Singapore cents for the second quarter ended June, 10.5 per cent higher than a year earlier. Units of EC World Reit closed flat at 81.5 Singapore cents on Friday, before the release of the results.

    Venture Corporation V03: The technology solutions provider's net profit rose 7.6 per cent to S$140.4 million for the half year ended June as customer demand remained strong, the company announced on Friday after market close. Shares of Venture closed at S$19.40 on Friday, up S$0.06 or 0.3 per cent.

    Tuan Sing Holdings T24: The real estate player on Friday posted a net profit of S$100.7 million for its first half, some 15 times that of the S$6.6 million posted the year prior, on the back of topline gains across all business segments. Shares of Tuan Sing closed at 54.5 Singapore cents on Friday, up two cents or 3.8 per cent, before the release of the results.

    Singapore Land Group U06 : The real estate developer on Friday announced that it swung back into the black with a net profit of S$92.2 million in the first half of 2021, reversing from a net loss of S$34.3 million in the same period last year. Singapore Land shares closed flat at 27.5 Singapore cents on Friday, before the release of the results.

    Frasers Property TQ5 : The property developer reported lower revenue per average room across its global hospitality portfolio from the start of the financial year to end-June, the manager said in a third-quarter business update on Friday. Frasers Property shares closed at S$1.13 on Friday, up S$0.01 or 0.9 per cent, before the announcement.

    Trading halt: KTL Global called for a trading halt on Tuesday morning, pending the release of an announcement. The counter closed at 11.6 Singapore cents on Friday, down 0.1 cent or 0.9 per cent.
