Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT):ME8U The real estate investment trust (Reit) reported a 11.9 per cent growth in Q2 FY21/22 distribution per unit (DPU) to S$0.00347 in a bourse filing released after trading hours on Tuesday (Oct 26). The increase came on the consolidation of revenue from 14 US data centres previously held by joint venture, Mapletree Redwood Data Centre Trust, the acquisition of 29 data centres in the US and a data centre in Virgina, US. Shares in MIT closed 0.4 per cent or S$0.01 lower at S$2.73 on Tuesday.
Koh Brothers Eco Engineering: 5HV The sustainable-engineering solutions provider announced in a bourse filing on Tuesday (Oct 26) that it has secured a S$200.7 million contract from the Public Utilities Board. Koh Brothers Eco will carry out mechanical, electrical and instrumentation control, and automation works for the first of 2 industrial liquid modules at Tuas Water Reclamation plant. Shares of the company last traded at S$0.057 on Monday (Oct 25) before it requested for a trading halt on Tuesday before trading hours.
Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT): J69U Its manager on Wednesday (Oct 27) announced that DPU rose by 39.3 per cent to S$0.06089 for the second half of the year ended September, from S$0.04372 in the same period a year ago. Meanwhile, for the full year ended September, DPU was higher at S$0.12085 versus S$0.09042 a year ago. Units of FCT closed at S$2.33 on Tuesday, down S$0.02 or 0.8 per cent.
ESR-Reit: J91U The Reit's year-on-year DPU was up 1.7 per cent to S$0.00712 for Q3 2021 while year-on-year distributable income increased by 15.1 per cent to S$28.6 million, the manager announced in a bourse filing on Wednesday (Oct 27). The growth is underpinned by broad-based year-on-year increases in gross revenue and net property income. Units of ESR-Reit closed at S$0.475 on Oct 26, down S$0.005 or 1 per cent.
First Reit: AW9U The Reit reported a 17.9 per cent jump in distributable income for the 9 month period to September, but DPU dropped 30 per cent compared to a year ago in a regulatory filing released after trading hours on Tuesday (Oct 26). The drop was largely attributed to the rights issue in February, which diluted DPU from $0.0331 in 9M FY20 to S$0.0195 in 9M FY21, including the SS$0.0065 payable on Dec 17. Units in the Reit closed 1.9 per cent or S$0.005 higher to S$0.026 on Tuesday.

Lippo Malls Indonesia Trust (FMIT): D5IU The Reit reported a Q3 FY21 distribution of S$0.0009, up 28.6 per cent or S$0.0002 from S$0.0007 a year prior in a bourse filling released after trading hours on Tuesday (Oct 26). The increase was driven by income from the newly acquired Lippo Mall Puri. Units of FMIT closed down 3.5 per cent or S$0.002 to S$0.055.
