Stocks to watch: AEM, CFM, QT Vascular

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Friday (Jun 17): AEM Holdings (AEM): The provider of semiconductor and electronics testing solutions announced on Thursday that it is expanding its operations in Singapore, Malaysia and the US. AEM said the expansion will double its manufacturing space in the 3 countries and create over 300 additional jobs. AEM shares closed flat at S$4.20 after the announcement.
CFM Holdings (CFM): A subsidiary of metal stamping firm CFM Holdings on Thursday said it is selling a property in Ang Mo Kio for S$13.35 million, which is nearly 73 per cent over the property’s book value as at end-December. Shares of CFM closed 2.7 per cent or S$0.003 lower at S$0.108 on Thursday.
QT Vascular : The medtech company is in advanced negotiations with “certain independent third parties” to acquire their shares in certain dental businesses, it said in a Thursday holding statement. The counter closed flat at S$0.005 on Thursday, before the announcement.
