THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Jun 12).
Cromwell European Reit : The Reit’s manager revealed that it is in advanced talks to sell its office asset in Milan, Italy. This announcement comes after a real estate news site reported on Friday that the asset will change hands for close to 100 million euros (S$144.7 million). Units of the Reit closed up 0.44 per cent or S$0.01 at S$2.30 on Friday, before the announcement was made.
Nio : The electric vehicle maker has sunk deeper into the red in the first quarter of 2023, reporting a net loss of nearly US$700 million, extending its net loss of US$287.9 million in the same period the year before. It said this comes as its vehicle sales fell 37.5 per cent from Q4 2022. On the Singapore Exchange, Nio shares closed Friday US$0.04 or 0.5 per cent lower at US$7.68, before the results were released.
