Stocks to watch: Ezra, OKP, Noble
THE following listed companies made material announcements before the Singapore market opened on Monday:
Ezra Holdings: Japanese shipping giant Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) is acquiring a stake in the subsea joint venture between Singapore-listed company Ezra Holdings and Japanese contracting group Chiyoda.
OKP Holdings: OKP Holdings has won two contracts worth S$54.7 million through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co Pte Ltd, from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for road resurfacing works.
Noble Group: Commodity trader Noble Group said on Monday it expects the sale and disposal of its wholly-owned Noble Americas Energy Solutions (NAES) to be completed in the second half of 2016.
