Keppel Corporation: Keppel Corporation posted a 30 per cent increase in third-quarter net profit to S$291.83 million, bolstered by the group's first year-on-year quarterly revenue and operating profit increase in the last two-and-a-half years.
CapitaLand Commercial Trust: CCT's net property income rose in the third quarter ended Sept 30,2017 compared to the same year-ago period, largely due to lower operating expenses, such as property tax, which saw its distribution per unit (DPU) rise 2.6 per cent to 2.36 Singapore cents.
GuocoLand: GuocoLand posted a higher first-quarter net profit of S$165.55 million, up from S$25.64 million a year-ago.
New Wave Holdings: Real estate tycoon Koh Wee Meng plans to make a voluntary conditional cash offer for all the issued ordinary shares in electronic component supplier New Wave Holdings at S$0.013 apiece. The offer represents a 44.4 per cent premium over the company's closing price of S$0.009 as at Oct 19. Mr Koh does not intend to revise this offer price.
SIIC Environment Holdings: Water treatment company SIIC Environment Holdings on Friday said it has been awarded two build-operate-transfer (BOT) wastewater projects in Jiangxi Province, China.
