    THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Wednesday (Jul 13):

    Keppel Corp , Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT): The companies plan to jointly commit 160 million euros (S$226 million) to obtain a 33.33 per cent stake in a joint investment vehicle, which will co-invest in 49 per cent of a portfolio of existing and pipeline onshore wind energy assets in Europe, Keppel and KIT’s manager announced on Wednesday. Keppel ended 0.3 per cent or S$0.02 lower at S$6.53 on Tuesday; while KIT ended flat at S$0.565.

    ISDN Holdings : The engineering company will withdraw the scrip dividend scheme for FY2021 and distribute the proposed dividend of S$0.0145 fully in cash instead, given that the issue price of the scrip dividend is lower than the counter’s market price.
