THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of its securities on Thursday (Oct 20):
Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (Sabana Reit): The Reit’s occupancy peaked at 89.1 per cent in Q3 2022, a level not seen since Q3 2017. In an announcement on Wednesday, the Reit’s manager said it has signed 83,588 square feet (sq ft) of new leases and renewed 71,266 sq ft of leases. The counter closed down 1.2 per cent or S$0.005 to S$0.405, before the news.
Sembcorp Marine (Sembmarine): It has secured agreements for the engineering and conversion of two Sevan cylindrical drilling vessels to FLNG (floating liquified natural gas) liquefaction facilities, announced the group on Thursday morning. Shares of Sembmarine closed 0.9 per cent or S$0.001 lower to S$0.117 on Wednesday.
