Supermarket group Sheng Siong reported a 24 per cent jump year on year in profit to S$14.61 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2015, thanks to improved gross margins.
Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust is raising its fourth-quarter distribution by 14 per cent to 0.81 Singapore cent per unit after net property income increased by 22.3 per cent to S$40.2 million.
Hotel and serviced residence owner Far East Hospitality Trust reported a distribution per stapled security of 1.17 Singapore cents for its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2015, down 8.6 per cent from 1.28 cents a year ago.
