THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Oct 10):
Singtel : The telco on Monday announced a cybersecurity incident at Dialog, an Australia-based IT services consulting company acquired in April 2022 by a subsidiary of Singtel-owned NCS. The group said there is “no evidence of any link” between this incident and the recent event experienced by Optus. Singtel’s shares closed 0.4 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$2.53 on Friday.
SPH Reit : The company posted a 2.2 per cent increase in distribution per unit (DPU) to S$0.0552 Singapore cents for the 12 months ended Aug 31 (12M FY2022). SPH Reit ended last Friday (Oct 7) at S$0.89, up 1.1 per cent or S$0.01, before the announcement.
