United Hampshire US Reit : Its manager has revised the sale consideration of its 2 self-storage properties down to US$45.5 million from US$49 million after the due diligence period lapsed. In an update on Tuesday, the Reit manager said the revised sale consideration is above the properties’ valuation and purchase price, and will still bring benefits to its unitholders. Units of United Hampshire US Reit closed US$0.005 or 0.8 per cent higher on Monday at US$0.635.
Singapore Airlines (SIA): The flag carrier posted a 64 per cent increase in passengers carried in March 2022 at 893,000, up from 544,600 the month before. In its March 2022 operating results, SIA also noted that the group’s passenger capacity measured in available seat-kilometres reached 51 per cent of pre-Covid-19 levels in March 2022, while its passenger load factor improved by 15.4 percentage points to 54.5 per cent month on month. Its shares fell 1.1 per cent or S$0.06 to S$5.40 on Monday, before the announcement.
