Thailand records 28.4 mln foreign visitors so far this year, up 29% yoy

    THAILAND registered 28.4 million foreign visitors from Jan 1 to Oct 27, up 29 per cent from the same period in 2023, the tourism ministry said on Tuesday.

    The government expects 36.7 million foreign visitors this year, compared with a record of nearly 40 million tourists in 2019, before the pandemic. REUTERS
