[TOKYO] Tokyo's blue chip shares opened lower on Tuesday, as US central bankers prepared to kick off a policy meeting where they are expected to agree on a rate hike.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index eased 0.32 per cent, or 81.85 points, to 25,226.00, while the broader Topix index edged up 0.21 per cent, or 3.82 points, to 1,816.10. AFP
