Tokyo: Shares up as Deutsche Bank woes ease

[TOKYO] Tokyo shares rebounded Monday after overseas markets rallied on easing fears over Deutsche Bank's future, with investors shrugging off a weak Japanese business confidence report.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index gained 0.90 per cent, or 148.83 points to 16,598.67, while the Topix index of all first section shares was up 0.60 per cent, or 7.94 points, at 1,330.72.
