[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks ended down 0.32 per cent on Tuesday, with few trading cues and concern about China's economy hanging over the market ahead of minutes from the US Federal Reserve's last meeting.
The Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange gave up early gains, losing 65.79 points to close at 20,554.47, while the Topix index of all first-section shares was flat, edging down 0.04 per cent, or 0.65 points to 1,672.22.
