[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks opened flat Wednesday as concerns over North Korea's missile launch a day before eased while a higher yen weighed on the market.
Tokyo's benchmark Nikkei 225 edged down 0.09 per cent, or 18.08 points, to 20,014.27 in the first minute of trading, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was down 0.08 per cent, or 1.36 points, at 1,608.34.
