[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks opened flat on Tuesday with investor sentiment weighed down by a strong yen.
The Nikkei 225 index inched up 0.05 per cent or 12.51 points to 23,727.39 in early trade, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was up 0.04 per cent or 0.81 points at 1,884.71.
