    [SINGAPORE] The Business Times examines the regional currencies that have undergone significant movements, analysing their historical trajectories to gauge their direction for the rest of the year. 

    The chart is normalised to the Singapore dollar/respective currency value from a year ago. The meter shows the percentage difference in the value now versus in March 2024.

    For example, as at 4 pm on Mar 12, 2025, the Singapore dollar/won exchange rate stood at 1,088.627, compared with 984.2063 on the same date in 2024. This marks a 10.6 per cent depreciation of the won against the Singapore dollar over the past year, with the meter pointing to 110.6.
