CapitaLand China Trust manager appoints Gerry Chan as deputy CEO
He is also the current managing director of Reit investments at CapitaLand Ascott Trust’s manager
CAPITALAND China Trust’s manager has appointed Gerry Chan as its deputy chief executive officer with effect from Sep 1, 2024.
In a bourse filing on Friday (Aug 23), the manager said the position is executive in nature, and that Chan will assist the chief executive in managing all aspects of the trust’s business.
Currently, he is also the managing director of Reit investments at CapitaLand Ascott Trust’s manager.
CapitaLand China Trust units closed at S$0.675, down S$0.01 or 1.5 per cent on Friday, before the announcement was made.
