CAPITALAND Mall Trust's (CMT) distribution per unit (DPU) for the first quarter stayed unchanged at 2.73 Singapore cents, the trust said on Thursday.
This was despite gross revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2017, dipping by S$7.8 million or 4.3 per cent to S$172 million from a year ago, mainly due to the closure of Funan. The mall ceased operations for redevelopment from July 2016.
