CAPITALAND Limited racked up a 48 per cent jump in net profit to S$192.7 million for the third quarter ended Sept 30, thanks to stronger operational performance as well as higher portfolio and revaluation gains.
This includes S$163 million from operations (up 25.9 per cent) due to better performance across all business units; S$20 million from higher portfolio gains; and S$9 million from revaluation gains.
