CAPITAMALLS Asia (CMA) posted a net profit of $64.8 million for the third quarter ended Sept 2013, up 4 per cent over the $62.4 million posted a year ago.
Its revenue, however, fell 10.1 per cent to $91.8 million, from $102.1 million a year ago.
The boost in net profit came largely from an increase in the share of results from associates and jointly-controlled entities, which jumped 38.6 per cent.
