Catalist 'golden' trio rides on gold rally

THE "golden" trio on Singapore's Catalist - CNMC Goldmine Holdings, Anchor Resources and Wilton Resources Corp - have been given a fresh impetus of late thanks to a gold rally as investors zoom in on safe-haven assets amid renewed "Brexit" anxiety.

Miners CNMC Goldmine and Anchor Resources enjoyed big gains on Thursday, advancing 16.2 per cent and 16.7 per cent respectively, while Wilton Resources finished at a high of 8.3 Singapore cents, up 3.75 per cent.
