Catalist-listed DeClout's subsidiary lodges prospectus for mainboard listing

IN a year (or rather, two years) where much of the focus has been on the new listings snagged by the Catalist board rather than by the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, there could soon be a refreshing turn of events.

If things work out as planned, a Catalist-listed firm is set to generate the fourth new listing on the mainboard this year.
