Catalist-listed Grand Venture to transfer to mainboard on Nov 30
CATALIST-LISTED Grand Venture Technology JLB will transfer its listing to the Singapore Exchange's mainboard on Nov 30.
Trading in its shares will commence at 9 am on the same day, the fabricated metal products manufacturer said in a bourse filing on Tuesday (Nov 23).
In a separate bourse filing on Sep 1, the company said the transfer would promote its corporate and business development profile, as well as enhance its image and profile locally and internationally.
The transfer would also expose Grand Venture to a larger investor base, giving it greater access to equity and debt capital. There will also be greater visibility and recognition in the capital markets and amongst public investors, it added at the time.
Shares of Grand Venture were trading flat at S$1.32 as at 1.11 pm on Tuesday.
