Catalist-listed Koh Brothers Eco Engineering bags S$31.3m project
SGX Catalist-listed Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited, an engineering solutions provider, announced on Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering Ltd, secured a S$31.3 million contract from PUB for the Wet Weather Facility (WWF), as part of the Changi Water Reclamation Plant Phase 2 Expansion.
Under the scope of the project, the group will tap internal synergies harnessed from its newly acquired civil engineering capabilities and its existing expertise in hydro-engineering to provide infrastructure, buildings, all civil and structural, and mechanical and electrical work to accommodate the WWF equipment. The project is expected to take 17 months to complete.
This marks the enlarged group's maiden project win since shareholders approved its restructuring exercise in April 2016, where Koh Brothers Eco acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of building and civil engineering construction specialist, KBCE, then a subsidiary of Koh Brothers Group Limited.
