Changjiang Fertiliser narrows Q2 loss to 5.64m yuan

CHANGJIANG Fertiliser narrowed its second-quarter net loss to 5.64 million yuan (S$1.15 million) from 5.91 million yuan a year ago.
This includes net loss of 1.08 million yuan from continuing operations and 4.57 million yuan from discontinued operations.
Loss per share for Q2 2016 was 1.57 renminbi cents compared to 1.64 renminbi cents a year ago.
First-half loss was 10.73 million yuan, compared to 12.59 million yuan last year.
Changjiang Fertiliser said no production activities and no revenue were generated from its three plants in China for H1 FY2016 and H1 FY2015.
The company's management has plans to dispose its subsidiaries in China within the next 12 months.
