CATALIST-LISTED Chaswood Resources Holdings was granted an extension last Friday from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra) to hold its annual general meeting for FY2017 by June 30 and present its financial statements for the said period by June 29, it said on Monday evening.

The company was also informed by the Singapore Exchange last Friday that the bourse has no objection to its application for a waiver to hold its AGM by June 30.

Chaswood requested for an extension to finalise a scheme for a proposed restructuring exercise with the company's lenders.
