AFTER nearly a three-year break, China Fibretech has resumed trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) under its new name, Raffles Infrastructure Holdings.
The counter, which was previously suspended from trading due to financial irregularities, closed at 47 Singapore cents apiece on Friday, down four Singapore cents, or 7.84 per cent.
