THE LEAD independent director of mainboard-listed dye maker China Fibretech has failed to be re-elected after clashing with former chief executive and current non-executive director Wu Xinhua.
Low Wai Cheong, 48, was voted out at the firm's annual general meeting on Tuesday, with some 84.17 per cent of votes cast against the resolution. It was the only resolution that was not passed.
