CHINA Great Land Holdings issued a profit guidance on Thursday, warning it recorded a loss for the half year ended June 30.
"The tightening of policies by the PRC central government to curb property speculation lead to slowdown in the group's revenue," it said in a release to the Singapore Exchange.
