China Sky AGM: all resolutions passed
The long-awaited annual general meeting (AGM) of beleaguered China Sky Chemical Fibre Company took place on Aug 31 and all resolutions were passed.
The resolutions included adopting the company's audited accounts for 2014.
The completion of the AGM is another step towards the company's shares being able to resume trading again after a suspension of almost four years.
