China Sky receives extension to release 1Q2015 results

CHINA Sky Chemical Fibre Co has received a three-month extension period to release its first-quarter results.
"The company is in the midst of performing and completing the additional follow-up procedure on the FY2014 results. As the FY2014 results are pending completion and the opening balance of the 1Q2015 results are based on the outcome of the FY2014 results, the management expects that the 1Q2015 results will not be able to be released to the public . . . on or before May 15," the firm said in a release to the Singapore Exchange.
It said that the review and verification work would be completed within three months.
