China Taisan Technology loses lead ID after bankruptcy order against him

CHINA Taisan Technology Group Holdings, which produces knitted performance fabrics in China, said on Thursday it has lost its lead independent director (ID) Ngan See Juan, after a bankruptcy order was made against him.

"The board will be reconstituting the various committees arising from his vacancy and will update shareholders in due course," it said in a filing on Singapore Exchange.
