One in three plans to relocate to the country in next five years: survey
GIVEN the economic opportunities in China, one in three high net worth individuals in Singapore plans to relocate to the country in the next five years, said a Barclays Wealth Insights report.
The is followed by the United States (22 per cent), Canada (13 per cent), Hong Kong (13 per cent) and Japan (13 per cent).
Titled The Rise of the Global Citizen?, the report said the increase in mobility among the wealthy is triggered by the opening up of markets and the rise of technology.
