China Yongsheng appoints KGI Fraser as IFA on privatisation
CATALIST-LISTED concrete supplier China Yongsheng, which is being taken private at S$0.032 a share, has appointed KGI Fraser Securities as the independent financial adviser (IFA) to the deal.
A circular containing the IFA advice and the recommendation of the independent directors on the offer will be sent within 14 days from the date of despatch of the offer document. The offer document is due in the next seven days or so.
The counter closed unchanged at S$0.031.
