Choo Chiau Beng to retire as M1 chairman

M1's chairman Choo Chiau Beng will retire from the board with effect from Jan 1, 2018. The telco said on Tuesday that Mr Choo has expressed his wish to step down from the board, on reaching the age of 70.
He will be succeeded by Danny Teoh Leong Kay, 62, who has been appointed as a non-executive, non-independent director and chairman-designate of the board with effect from Sept 26.
