Circles Asia to offer mobile services by end-2015

It will lease bandwidth from M1 to offer messaging, voice and data services

M1 on Wednesday announced an agreement to enable Liberty Wireless to deliver voice, messaging and data access to its customers using M1's mobile network as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO).

Liberty Wireless is a Singapore-based mobile telecommunications company whose operating brand is Circles Asia. It aims to transform the regional telecommunications industry by introducing innovative mobile packages and an "unparalleled customer experience".
