TELCO Circles.Life has come out with a zero-dollar price plan - once more shifting the goalposts in the crowded mobile consumer market.
The "flexi plan" announced on Tuesday is unlikely to herald a serious price war, analysts told The Business Times. But it represents a fresh threat from mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) , and could rattle the bottom line for the mobile network operators (MNOs) from which they lease network.
