CATALIST-listed CNMC Goldmine Holdings is planning to seek a dual primary listing on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, so as to access different equity markets in the Asia-Pacific when opportunities arise.
The announcement by the firm at noon on Monday led the stock to close three cents, or 11.3 per cent, higher at 29.5 Singapore cents.
