CNMC's resource base for Kelantan project grows

CATALIST-listed CNMC Goldmine's exploration activities have led to an expansion in its resource base.

The group's total measured, indicated and inferred gold resources at its Sokor project in Kelantan, Malaysia, have grown 8 per cent to 10.8 million tonnes, according to a report by third- party independent consultant Optiro Pty Ltd. This was defined using a cut-off grade of 1.5 grams per tonne of gold, with contained gold of 506,000 ounces.
