Cogent granted extension of master tenancy at The Grandstand to 2020

COGENT Holdings has been granted an extension of master tenancy at The Grandstand, the company announced on Tuesday.
The Singapore Land Authority agreed to grant an extension of the master tenancy with effect from March 1, 2018 to Dec 31, 2020.
The current master tenancy at The Grandstand is due to expire on Feb 28, 2018.
