ComfortDelGro incorporates UK subsidiary to pursue London rail business
SINGAPORE transport operator ComfortDelGro Corporation has incorporated a subsidiary, Metroline Rail Limited, in the UK to seek opportunities in the rail business in London, the company announced in a statement on Tuesday morning.
Metroline Rail is wholly owned by ComfortDelGro's subsidiary Braddell Limited, and has an issued and paid-up capital of £1 (S$2.12).
This development is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the ComfortDelGro Group for the year ending Dec 31, 2015.
ComfortDelGro's counter last traded down 0.20 per cent at S$3.09 at 9.57am on Tuesday.
