ComfortDelGro Q3 profit falls 2%

TRANSPORT giant ComfortDelGro has posted a net profit of S$78.5 million for the third quarter, down 2 per cent from S$80.1 million a year earlier, on the back of lower dividend payouts from subsidiary Cabcharge Australia.
On a per share basis, earnings for the three months ended Sept 30 came in at 3.63 Singapore cents, down from 3.7 Singapore cents a year ago.
