Revenue hits record S$4.05b on broad-based growth, with boost also from currency translation

COMFORTDELGRO's net profit for the year ended Dec 31, 2014, rose 7.7 per cent to S$283.5 million from 12 months earlier, on an 8.1 per cent rise in revenue to a record S$4.05 billion.
No fourth-quarter numbers were released. In November 2014, the land transport giant posted an 8.1 per cent increase in nine-month net profit to S$219.8 million on a 9 per cent rise in revenue to S$3 billion.
Earnings per share in 2014 were 13.29 cents, up from 12.43 cents in 2013.
A tax-exempt one-tier final dividend of 4.5 cents has been proposed, up from four cents the previous year.
