Blumont consortium calls off share deal

BLUMONT Group announced yesterday that the consortium it was a part of to subscribe for 325 million shares in Prospect Resources has terminated the proposed deal. This comes after the lapse of the Oct 30 deadline for the share issuer to satisfy conditions precedent.
