OCBC's offer for Wing Hang to close on July 29

OCBC'S offer for Wing Hang Bank will close on July 29, it said in a letter dated June 30 to the latter's shareholders. OCBC on Friday said that all pre-conditions to an agreement to buy the Hong Kong bank had been satisfied, as it has been given approval by various regulators for the deal.
